Jury Study
Focus Groups, Jury Studies and Mock Trials have become de rigueur for larger cases and are an important step in the development of communication strategies for trial. Trial
We go to trial many times each year in cases involving taxes, contracts, divorce, medical malpractice, patent infringement and product liability.
