Nickels and dimes add up. That's why our hourly rates for litigation consulting are structured just like yours - one simple rate based on that persons' skill, training and experience. We don't have "client liaisons" or "art directors" to get in the way of the work. Everyone on your trial team is fully qualified to consult with you about case themes and presentation strategies, work with your fact and expert witnesses to design and develop presentation materials, coordinate with the court about technology and logistics, and run the entire presentation in the courtroom. The person you consult with is the person who creates your graphics and the person who sits with you in trial so that we know your case almost as well as you.
We recognize the dynamic nature of litigation and never charge extra for the long hours that are just part of the job. Our invoices, issued weekly, are well documented with understandable descriptions of services rendered.
